Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Car Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicle care, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Duties
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
- Apply appropriate cleaning products and techniques to various vehicle surfaces
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report issues accordingly
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by addressing client questions or concerns about vehicle detailing services
- Assist with additional tasks such as organizing supplies or preparing vehicles for delivery or pickup
Experience
- Prior experience in vehicle cleaning or detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus
