Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and efficient Bartender / Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety, cash handling, and POS systems, with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, along with excellent time management and communication skills.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with attention to detail
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to company standards and food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and food handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience through friendly and professional service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food service and alcohol consumption
- Manage multiple tasks effectively through strong time management skills in a busy environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly desirable
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
- Must be at least 19 years old (if applicable by local laws)
