Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, to engage with diverse clients and expand our sales footprint. This role involves building strong relationships through outside sales efforts, managing a robust sales pipeline, and supporting high-end B2B and retail sales initiatives. The successful applicant will play a key role in driving revenue growth while providing exceptional customer service and sales support.
Duties
- Conduct inside sales activities to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion
- Engage with clients through various channels, including phone calls and email demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Negotiate deals effectively, focusing on upselling and maximizing each sales opportunity
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting our products and services through video and social media to target our audience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Use our CRM to manage and optimize opportunities within the sales funnel.
Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to sell effectively
- Multilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is required.
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals
- Experience with high-end sales or dealership environments is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to sales growth such as video making and social media.
- Basic math skills for pricing, quoting, and analyzing sales data
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term client relationships
- G or G2 class driving license is required.
