As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks within the food service environment, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to help others and work as part of a team in a kitchen setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
