We are looking for a Full-Time, Senior level Operations Manager to join our Sherwood Park Corporate Office. This role will involve operational leadership over six steel roofing and siding production centres across Western Canada.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years in a production leadership role
- Steel roofing and siding industry experience is a significant asset
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, and ready to push growth in the company and within their career.
What You Would Do:
- Oversee production operations for several manufacturing operations across Western Canada
- Lead and coach production leaders
- Generate and review KPIs to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase quality control
- Lead safety compliance and foster a strong safety culture
- Lead purchasing and inventory of steel
- Generate pricing lists based on the variable cost of steel
- Ensure proper distribution of inventory to production sites
- Identify growth opportunities for manufacturing
- Research and purchase manufacturing equipment
- Create, update, and innovate standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Develop leadership for effective succession planning
- Work with senior leadership on company strategy
- Work with operations team to achieve long‑term goals
- Coordinate with other departments on strategy, cross‑training, and staffing support
- Travel to locations across BC, AB, SK, and MB once per quarter minimum
- Additional duties as required
Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
