We are seeking professional and compassionate Masseuses to join our wellness team. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, or other modalities
- Assess client concerns and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
- Document client treatments accurately and confidentially in accordance with clinic policies
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Schedule appointments and manage client flow efficiently to ensure a positive experience
- Uphold professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and customer service throughout all interactions
Skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and anatomy
- Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients
- Excellent communication skills for understanding client needs and explaining treatment procedures effectively
