Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with various office software. Experience in Natural Health settings is a plus, but not mandatory. The Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment and supporting daily office operations.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy at the front desk
- Answer phone promptly and courteously, directing calls as needed, manage appointment scheduling
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other software
- Refill and organize the water display by lifting and stocking 3-gallon and 5-gallon water jugs
- Restock retail products and supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception, restrooms and waiting area to promote a professional environment
Requirements
- Proven clerical or administrative experience
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and data entry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for handling inquiries via phone or in person
- Attention to detail with proofreading and typing accuracy
- Ability to manage filing systems and perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as record reconciliation
- Prior experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems
Physical requirements
This position includes light to moderate physical duties. Applicants must be comfortable safely lifting and moving 3-gallon and 5-gallon water juds, restocking merchandise, and being on their feet for portions of the workday.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
