Detail to work create new birthday cake designs and create mini products for on the go retail packaging Creating and working on with ethnic and main stream products Produce pastries assigned to you, such as cakes, croissants, danishes, muffins, etc. -- Able to identify and package assortment of pastries. -- Reading and understanding production lists. -- Work efficiently individually and as part of a team. -- Helping team members in areas that may be needed. Qualifications: -- Experience in commercial bakery environment, or received relevant training in culinary programs. -- Food Safe Certification an asset -- Strong attention to detail. -- Good listening and oral communication skills. -- Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast paced environment is essential. -- Able to stand and walk in the duration of shift -- May occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
