We are looking for a reliable, independent team member to join our lounge. This position involves working independently, so applicants must be comfortable managing the bar and preparing simple food items during their shift.
Shift Hours
- Evening shifts starting at 4:30 PM and ending around 11:30 PM/12:30 AM
- Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Prepare pub-style appetizers using a tabletop fryer, including items such as mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, and fries
- Accurately collect and process customer payments
- Mix drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age requirements are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Wash glassware, clean equipment, and follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service throughout each shift
Qualifications
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience using a tabletop fryer or willingness to learn
- Bartending experience is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
- Must be the legal age to serve alcohol in NB
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
