Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer experiences
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and uphold food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation, including pizza assembly and other menu items, adhering to sanitation and quality guidelines
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and transaction management
- Manage cash handling accurately, including balancing registers at shift end
- Support upselling efforts to enhance sales and promote special menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with health regulations
- Ensure timely food delivery to customers while managing kitchen workflow effectively
Qualifications
- Previous experience at a pizza restaurant is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS and cashiering procedures
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently
- Experience with food preparation, handling, and safety protocols in the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory checks
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and kitchen safety practices
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred; leadership experience is a plus
