Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including deposits and reconciliation of cash registers.
- Develop and implement budgets to maximize profitability while controlling costs.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Provide training and support to staff on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking of products.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per hour
