As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor with Ford experience preferred to lead and elevate our service department to the next level.
Position Overview
The Senior Service Advisor plays a key leadership role in our service department. This individual will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving service sales, mentoring team members, and ensuring smooth daily operations. We are looking for a confident, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate service recommendations
- Maintain and exceed high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores
- Assist in mentoring and guiding junior service advisors and support staff
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and increase service revenue
- Informs customers on needed scheduled maintenance repairs
- Understand and coordinate the flow of work between the technicians and parts in order to best serve the customer.
- Monitor workflow and take charge of the service drive during peak times
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor (Ford dealership experience Preferred)
- Proven record of maintaining high customer satisfaction/CSI scores
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and take charge
- Self-starter with a high level of accountability and initiative
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with Ford systems, warranty processes, and manufacturer standards
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
