Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented School Registrar to join our new post-secondary institution in Moncton. This is a key leadership role responsible for building and managing all student records, admissions, registration systems, and academic administrative processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee student admissions, registration, and enrolment processes
- Develop and maintain accurate student records and academic history systems
- Design and implement registrar policies, procedures, and workflows
- Ensure compliance with provincial and federal post-secondary regulations
- Coordinate course scheduling, registration, and transcript services
- Support accreditation, reporting, and institutional compliance requirements
- Liaise with faculty, administration, and external education authorities
- Supervise administrative staff as the institution expands
- Provide student support related to records and registration matters
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in a registrar’s office or post-secondary administrative environment
- Strong knowledge of student information systems (e.g., Banner, Colleague, or equivalent)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a new and evolving institution
- Experience in policy development and compliance is an asset
