Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our Tenants, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, French but not mandatory, and have experience in data entry, Yardi, Property Management. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where Tenant satisfaction is our top priority.
Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to Tenant inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Perform accurate data entry to update Tenants accounts and transaction records
- Maintain detailed records of Tenants interactions and transactions
- Provide support for multilingual customers, primarily English and Spanish, French speakers
- Follow established phone etiquette and communication protocols to ensure positive interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and Tenant satisfaction levels
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish/French is highly preferred but not mandatory
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze Tenants needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Demonstrated Tenant service expertise with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective communication strategies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $17.20-$33.23 per hour
