We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates (Part-Time / Full-Time). You will represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home.
Our new store is set to open in early July, with all positions required to be available for training during the last week of June (June 22 & 23). We are looking for candidates who can work 40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:

Guide customers in their furniture & décor choices, suggesting the best products for their needs

Provide a warm greeting to every customer

Establish connections with customers to build customer loyalty

Carry out transactions (purchases, exchanges, and returns)

Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

Ensure product organization and maintain back-of-house operational standards
What you Bring:

At least 2 years of Retail Sales experience

A passion for interior décor and merchandising

Ease of using technology such as a Point-of-Sale system and iPad
-
Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)

The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
