Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen.
Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
