Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team and help grow a strong patient base from the start. This role is ideal for both experienced therapists and motivated new graduates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and obtain informed consent
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to patient needs
- Educate patients on home care and self-management
- Maintain accurate and compliant treatment notes
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment space
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of BC
- Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program
- Professional liability insurance
Compensation
- 75%–80% split, based on experience and availability
