My Storage has been serving Ontario for over 40 years and currently operates 9 self-storage facilities. We're a growing company with a small team, which means every employee has a direct impact on the success of the business.
We're looking for someone who can sell, solve problems, stay organized, and operate a facility independently.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
This role is part sales, part customer service, part operations, and part facility management.
On any given day, you may be:
- Answering incoming sales calls
- Following up on leads
- Renting storage units
- Assisting customers with move-ins and move-outs
- Processing payments
- Making collection calls
- Handling account issues
- Opening and closing the facility
- Performing daily property inspections
- Sending photos and reports
- Identifying maintenance concerns
- Coordinating repairs
- Keeping the facility clean, organized, and customer-ready
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone
- Solving problems as they arise
Some days are busy.
Some days are extremely busy.
No two days are the same.
What We're Looking For
This role requires someone who:
- Can work independently
- Doesn't need constant supervision

- MUST DRIVE & HAVE OWN VEHICLE
We're not looking for someone who waits to be told what to do.
We're looking for someone who notices problems, takes initiative, and treats the facility as if it were their own business.
Compensation
- $20 per hour
- 10% commission on storage unit rentals
- 10% commission on merchandise sales
- 10% commission on applicable customer charges
- Optional 15% commission on after-hours text-based sales
- $20 bonus for every Google review that specifically mentions you by name
- Sales contests and performance incentives throughout the year
- Benefits available after one year of employment

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Has licence & vehicle
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends
- Comfortable using computers and mobile technology
- Ability to work independently
We're not hiring someone to just simply answer phones.
We're hiring someone to help operate a facility.
