JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Position: Maintenance Technician
Reporting to: Production Manager
PURPOSE
This is to define the duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Millwright / Electrician Role.
Working Conditions:
Hours will be for an average of 40 hours a week and based in Vaudreuil Dorion Canada Facility. Some travel to other Logoplaste facilities may be required. Occasionally work maybe required outside of “normal” hours including weekends. The function requires working in the shop floor environments.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Health & Safety within the workplace
Ø Support the Plant Manager and Team Leaders in all aspects of maintenance including:
- Specialist Mechanical Knowledge
- Machine efficiency
- Losses optimisation
- Health and Safety environment
- Validation of suppliers
- Training
Ø Provide support for project development and cost reduction projects and trials
Ø Work to achieve a maintenance-free Plant
Ø Organize, define, and develop maintenance standards
Ø Ensure maintenance programs are up to date for all site equipment
Ø Ensure all reporting and paperwork systems are updated
Ø Analyze breakdown records to assist in developing the site maintenance standards
Ø Ensure the maintenance stock records are up to date
Ø Ensure there are spare components/parts for all equipment and recommend the quantities to be stocked
Ø Ensure that spare parts usage have been accurately recorded
Ø Coordinate TPM
Ø SAP-PM (Corrective, Preventative maintenance)
Ø Maintain all Plant equipment to ensure maximum efficiency from all equipment
Ø Ensure all equipment is in a functional condition

Pay: $33.00-$36.00 per hour

Experience:
- Plastics blow moulding: 2 years (preferred)
