We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Responsibilities
- Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with precision.
- Maintain accurate records by verifying data entries for completeness and correctness.
- Organize and manage files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying documents as needed.
- Assist with administrative duties to support the overall efficiency of the office.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve accuracy.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with databases and data entry systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work output.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is a plus.

Pay: $21.79-$23.13 per hour
