Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a passion for maintaining excellence in production. Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure product quality and compliance with applicable standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to assess adherence to quality assurance protocols.
- Analyze data from quality control processes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with production team to fabricate solutions that enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Manage project timelines related to quality initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Lead investigations into product defects or failures, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain documentation related to QA/QC processes, including reports on inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
Experience
- Proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience with project management techniques to effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with QA/QC standards and regulations relevant to the industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of work.

Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma, and / or significant relevant work experience
- Strong background in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
- Proficiency in QA/QC processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Relevant certifications in Quality Management are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
