Job description
Seeking the following:
Experienced Asphalt Worker - Labourer;
GO Paving is seeking experienced individuals to join our asphalt paving team.
Labourer:
- Previous experience in the asphalt paving industry (shoveling, wheelbarrowing, sweeping).
- Knowledge on finishing the asphalt mat a plus (using plate packer and compaction roller).
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license is required (Class 3 with air is a plus).
- Experience with operating equipment is a plus (skid steer, hauling equipment trailers, etc.).
- Motivated, safety conscious, punctual, and responsible.
- Capable to work long hours in tough conditions.
- Able to withstand heat and lifting up to 50Lbs.
Pay scale will vary depending on experience and past asphalt paving skills (roller experience, finishing experience, base crew experience, equipment operator experience).

Position is full time seasonal with the potential for winter snow clearing work for the right candidate. Typical season is from mid May to mid November.
