We are currently seeking a skilled and hands-on Night Picker & Off-Packer to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
The Night Picker & Off-Packer plays a key role in supporting both production and distribution of our products. This position is responsible for off-packing finished product from the packaging line, building and staging pallets, and accurately picking and preparing customer orders for delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, enjoys physical work, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Off-Packing
- Remove finished product from the packaging line
- Build, wrap, and stage pallets
- Monitor product quality and packaging standards
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe
- Support the packaging team as needed
Night Picking
- Pick and stage orders for next-day deliveries
- Accurately build orders consisting of flats, cases, kegs, and spirits
- Verify order accuracy before delivery
- Organize products within the warehouse and cooler
- Help maintain inventory organization and cleanliness
- Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications:
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work independently and stay productive during evening shifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, packaging, or order-picking experience is an asset
- Forklift experience is an asset but not required
