Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience. You will assist customers with product inquiries, and help maintain the overall appearance of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product knowledge and expert advice to customers in various departments.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately through the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain store organization and ensure products are well-stocked and properly displayed.
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
- Participate in sales promotions and store events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store operates smoothly.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
