Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication across teams. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction projects and utilizing technical skills to facilitate smooth operations from award to final installation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain master project timelines, tracking milestones for shop drawings, manufacturing, and job site delivery.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, construction drawings and shop drawings.
- Track project progress, update documentation, and prepare reports for stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure prompt and continues progress.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to scope and schedule
- Assist in managing project documentation, change orders, and RFIs efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, project schedules, and shop drawings
- Proficiency with computers and software such as Word and Excel and familiarity with AutoCAD, REVIT and/or Mozaik.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Solid knowledge of construction processes and project management principles
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation and reporting

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
