Duties
- Deliver compelling lectures and facilitate discussions on topics related to business management, organizational behavior, talent acquisition, employee relations, and other HR functions
- Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans that incorporate current learning technologies and interactive teaching methods
- Manage classroom environments effectively to promote active participation, respect, and collaborative learning among adult students
- Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and projects; provide constructive feedback to support their growth
- Integrate curriculum development strategies that align with industry trends and academic standards for adult education
- Utilize various learning technologies to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement
- Support students’ working with diverse backgrounds by providing mentorship and tailored guidance
Experience
- Proven classroom management skills with experience teaching adult learners in a university or college setting
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaging curricula that incorporate modern learning tools and technology
- Strong background in business or HR disciplines, ideally with university-level teaching experience
- Familiarity with lesson planning, assessment strategies, and working with students from diverse educational backgrounds
- Experience in implementing innovative teaching methods within a classroom environment
- Knowledge of current trends in business education, HR practices, and workplace dynamics
- Prior experience utilizing learning technology platforms to facilitate effective instruction
