The Role.
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Design team and help produce visually engaging content across both print and digital channels.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for design who’s eager to grow their skills while contributing to brand-building initiatives, product launches, and day-to-day marketing needs. You’ll be mentored by experienced team members, collaborate with multiple departments, and gain hands-on experience with real-world projects from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print Design – Create and develop marketing collateral such as brochures, spec sheets, PowerPoint presentations, trade show assets, and other promotional materials.
- Digital Design – Produce visuals for digital platforms, including the company website, email campaigns, and social media channels.
- Content Management – Format, update, and publish blog posts on the company website, ensuring consistent branding and design.
- Social Media – Plan, draft, and schedule social media content and engage with our online audience.
- Email Marketing – Support the design and deployment of email campaigns to promote products, services, and company updates.
- Brand Consistency – Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, sales, and service teams to ensure deliverables meet brand and business objectives.
Requirements.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past work, including examples of social media graphics, email campaigns, and/or corporate branding collateral.
- 1-3 years of graphic design experience (experience in B2B marketing, packaging, or prepress is an asset).
- Diploma or certification in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Eagerness to learn, be proactive, and take on new marketing-related tasks.
- Comfortable balancing multiple projects with changing priorities.
- Experience using WordPress or other website CMS tools is an asset.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and/or social media scheduling tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Buffer, Hootsuite) is an asset but not required.
- Basic photography, video editing, or animation skills is an asset but not required.
