We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Team Member to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves interacting with customers, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
As an Anchor crew member, you will be exposed to many different types of tasks all intended to expand each our individual skillsets and support our team. Crew do a variety of tasks ranging from interacting daily with guests, facing, restocking, organizing, cleaning, processing, slicing, filleting, to producing our line of artisinal crafted house-made products.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Assist with food preparation and serving when needed
Skills:
- Experience in the food industry is preferred
- Proficient in food handling, safety, and sanitation practices
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating orders and handling payments
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
