The Herb Co. is a new independent cannabis retailer opening in Vancouver with a focus on quality, freshness, education, and craft cannabis. We are building a team that values strong customer service, product knowledge, accountability, and continuous growth.
As we prepare for launch, we are looking for a Supervisor / Keyholder to help support daily operations, lead by example, and grow with the company.
Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and customer service
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Assist with inventory management, receiving, cycle counts, and stock organization
- Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations and company policies
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of staff
- Coach and develop team members
- Assist with merchandising and product displays
- Help maintain a positive and professional store culture
- Support management with reporting, inventory audits, and operational tasks
Qualifications
- Previous cannabis retail experience preferred
- Previous leadership, keyholder, or management experience considered an asset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
