G1 HVAC is a locally owned and operated HVAC company serving the Fredericton and surrounding areas. We are looking for skilled and motivated Red Seal HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. We are also accepting applications from Block 3 HVAC Apprentices who are eager to continue developing their skills while working alongside experienced professionals.
Applicants must possess trade certification or apprenticeship registration that is valid in New Brunswick, or be eligible for certification and registration within the province.

Key Responsibilites
- Install, service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and system tune-ups
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and industry standards
- Complete service reports and work documentation accurately and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and team members
- Participate in an on-call rotation as required
Qualifications
For Red Seal HVAC Technicians
- Red Seal certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to workplace safety
For Block 3 HVAC Apprentices
- Currently registered as a Block 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentice
- Apprenticeship registration must be valid in the Province of New Brunswick, or transferable and eligible for registration in New Brunswick
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial and residential HVAC systems
- Experience with heat pumps, refrigeration systems, and HVAC controls
- Valid gas technician certification
- WHMIS, Fall Protection, and First Aid certifications

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
