We’re expanding our leadership team and are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager who is both technically strong and people-oriented — someone who thrives in a collaborative, innovative, impact-driven environment.
About the Role
You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients across industries, leading engagements from start to finish with a focus on quality, efficiency, and relationship-building.
What Your Day to Day Will Look Like
- Manage client relationships and complete compilation engagements (CSRS 4200) from planning to delivery
- Oversee/review corporate, personal, and trust tax filings
- Deliver proactive tax planning and business advisory to owner-managers and professionals
- Supervise, mentor and review work prepared by junior team members, elevating team capability
- Drive process improvements, client onboarding, and workflow management
- Communicate directly with clients, CRA, and external advisors (lawyers, bankers, investment professionals)
- Contribute to firm growth through leadership, innovation, and outstanding client care
About You
- You are a designated CPA in good standing.
- You have 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- Confident reviewing engagement files and tax returns; solid accounting and tax knowledge
- A coach at heart - you enjoy mentoring and raising the bar for the team
- Strong attention to detail; excellent at prioritizing in a dynamic environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset - curious, proactive, client-focused
