Responsibilities
- cleaning short-term rental cabins (Airbnb, VRBO and other vacation rentals)
- Bi-weekly scheduled cabin cleanings
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring high standards of hygiene and appearance
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to maintain cleanliness across all assigned zones
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials to ensure continuous availability for staff and visitors
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to keep facilities consistently tidy and well-maintained
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold a safe environment
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines during all cleaning activities to protect yourself and others
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning tasks completed during each shift for accountability and quality assurance
- Wash linens and towels on site
Experience
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn on the job
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment enhances your ability to perform effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure no area is overlooked
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts in a busy environment

Reliable transportation (you must have you own vehicle to travel to Lac Le Jeune)

Starting wage is $25.00 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on experience and performance.
Gas allowance of (15.00 per day worked)
