We are seeking an experienced professional hairstylist to join our children salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for children hair styling, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment. Duties
- Provide a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, fades, braid
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in accordance with health regulations
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments
- Foster excellent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative services
Experience
- Proven experience as a professional hairstylist with a strong portfolio of work
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain clients
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively and contribute to retail sales goals
- Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Experience managing front desk operations is preferred but not required
