Summary
This is a temporary position for 3 months with possibility of extension.
Ready to hit the road with a job that gets you moving? We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable driver to join our team and help deliver smiles to our customers! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meat products to our valued customers across Saskatchewan. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service and timely deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver and pick up products while providing efficient and courteous customer service
- Verify invoices, products, payments, and customer signatures for accurate deliveries and returns
- Organize and place products neatly at customer locations while maintaining product care standards
- Perform truck inspections, maintain fluid levels, and cleaning to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness
- Assist with loading, sorting, and preparing orders for delivery
- Communicate with from sales reps, order clerk and manager regarding deliveries, pickups, product issues, and truck concerns
- Support additional operational duties as assigned
Requirements
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Class 5 Drivers Licence – will be required to produce a drivers abstract
- 1 to 3 years related customer service or delivery experience is preferred
- Ability to operate various sizes of motor vehicles
