- Managing appointments, phone calls, emails and guest communications
- Supporting salon and spa professionals so their day runs smoothly
- Anticipating problems before they become problems
- Maintaining a polished, organized front-of-house environment
- Processing transactions accurately and confidently
- Working collaboratively with a team that relies on one another
- Looking for ways to improve the guest experience every day
