Responsibilities

- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Operate hand tools and basic machinery as trained
- Support team members with various tasks to ensure project deadlines are met
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors promptly
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
