Minimum of 8 years project management experience in the Civil/Land Development Sector.

Excellent communication and report writing skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple project timelines.

Experience working on projects in Ontario is an asset.

Experience in sewer design and the hydraulic analysis of sewer systems is an asset.

Experience with a variety of land development projects ranging from low rise, and large-scale mixed-use re-development subdivision approvals through to site plan for infill development.

An intuitive understanding of the design parameters to be able to anticipate the governing design constraints for a project and an ability to creatively overcome these constraints to optimize a design.

A passion for learning new ways to use the design software to produce smarter & faster designs and a desire to be on the leading edge and stay there.
Compensation
$118,000 - $140,000
Dillon is including the salary range that we in good faith believe may offer for this position. It will be dependent on the successful applicant’s education, experience, and skills, in addition to internal equity and geographic region. Dillon reserves the right to pay outside of the posted range, contingent on factors unrelated to an applicant’s gender or other status protected by provincial and/or federal law.
