We are seeking a talented and experienced East Indian tandoori chef to lead the preparation of authentic and flavor breads in the diverse culinary traditions of India. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of cooking techniques, and traditional recipes from North India.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of breads and meats
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all dishes.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and seasonal specials.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a tandoori Chef specializing in East Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of regional Indian cooking styles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and manage multiple orders.
- Culinary certification or formal training in Indian cuisine preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
