Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Kitchen Design / Sales professional to join our team. This role involves guiding clients through the process of designing and selecting high-end kitchen solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for design, and experience in sales and renovation projects. Multilingual abilities and familiarity with retail sales, merchandising, and product demos are highly valued. Duties
- Assist clients in designing custom kitchens using CAD software such as SketchUp and CAD tools.
- Conduct product demos to showcase kitchen options, features, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Manage inside sales through POS systems, upselling high-end products, and closing sales effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through account management and personalized service.
- Engage in outside sales efforts by visiting clients’ homes or renovation sites to provide consultations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products, services, and special promotions.
- Handle merchandising tasks to ensure showroom displays are appealing and organized.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers while maintaining profitability.
- Assist with renovation or construction projects by coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process from initial inquiry to project completion.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or high-end sales environments.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD software, POS systems, and basic math skills for measurements and estimates.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Knowledge of renovation, construction processes, and project management is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with product demos, merchandising, marketing strategies, and cash handling. Pay: $30,000.00-$98,000.00 per year
