Birthday Party & Events Coordinator
Location: ÜPHORIA YOGA – 88 East Broadway, Vancouver, BC
Position: Part-Time (with opportunity to grow)
Compensation: $22–23/hour
About ÜPHORIA YOGA
ÜPHORIA YOGA is a vibrant family wellness studio in the heart of Mount Pleasant. We offer prenatal and postnatal yoga, baby and toddler programs, children's classes, after-school care, camps, Kids Night Out, and birthday parties.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Birthday Party & Events Coordinator to help us grow one of the most exciting parts of our business.

What You'll Do
- Grow and maximize weekend birthday party bookings, making ÜPHORIA YOGA the go-to destination for children's celebrations.
- Respond promptly to birthday party and event inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Book and coordinate children's birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, private events, and studio rentals.
- Build relationships with local schools, daycares, preschools, businesses, and community organizations to generate new event bookings.
- Develop creative marketing and promotional ideas to increase birthday party and private event bookings.
- Assist with social media content to showcase parties, events, and special promotions.
- Help promote Kids Night Out, workshops, camps, and seasonal events.
- Support event setup and coordination when needed to ensure every client has an exceptional experience.

- Organized and detail-oriented
- Confident communicating by phone, email, and in person
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Creative with marketing and promotional ideas
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Available to work some evenings and weekends as needed for events
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, events, recreation, childcare, or sales
- Experience using social media for business
- Event planning experience
- Canva or basic graphic design skills
- Experience working with children or families
