Responsibilities:
- Be a leader to production line workers to maintain a smooth production flow.
- Organize commissary and office space.
- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line efficiently and safely.
- Assemble and package products according to company specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality control and meet production quotas.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to balance physical tasks with office work.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects is required daily.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation is a plus.
- Must be able to work weekends and afternoon shifts until 11pm.
Bonuses:
- 20% Annual Performance Bonus
- $50,000 bonus for referral of a Master Franchisee
- $25,000 bonus for referral of an Area Representative Ownership
- $15,000 bonus for referral of a Full-Ownership Franchise Partner
- $5,000 bonus for referral of a Director of Franchise Sales (must be full-time, exclusive & live in the area)
- $1,000 bonus for each successful location you find
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
