We manufacture quality fence and deck products and distribute to major retailers and fence installers across the globe. We are located in Bolton, ON, and our business is a fast-paced, dynamic environment, paying special attention to quality and customer service at every level.
We are currently seeking a full time Gate Panel Builder/Labourer in support of production. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding a variety of materials to create the final product while ensuring all work completed meets internal quality requirements. The role will perform all job duties in a healthy and safe manner.

What You Will Do:
Gate/Panel Building
· Review production order to ensure materials and supplies are available
· Cut metal on custom orders, gather and fabricate the material, assemble the parts, and perform quality control to ensure the pieces fit well together and materials are free from defects
· Place prefabricated pieces in jigs for welding and set the pickets in the rails and on the jigs
· Weld the parts and components together to produce the final product
· Complete and submit the production order paperwork to confirm order completion
· Prepare the completed orders for delivery for paint shop
· Place labels and tags on completed products to ensure order accuracy
· Strap skids, move products to designated locations, and perform other general labour duties
What We Need:
· Completion of high school or equivalent
· Welding experience is an asset
· Experience operating welding equipment, as well as power/hand tools
· High level of concentration and focus required
· Ability to take direction and follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
· Basic computer, reading and mathematical skills
· Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
· Team player and communication skills
· Problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
· Ability to work safely
· Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs
Nuvo Iron is located in Bolton, ON.
We offer a day shift, Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm.
