About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Seasonal Summer Labourer to join our building maintenance team for the busy summer season. This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll work at a variety of residential and commercial properties throughout the Sea to Sky area.
Much of the work involves exterior building maintenance, including pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and general property upkeep. Each property and project brings its own pace and challenges. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing quality work, and likes spending their days outdoors. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, learning new skills, and working outdoors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Exterior building cleaning and minor repairs
- Pressure washing
- Window washing
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Gutter and rooftop cleaning
- Interior and exterior painting
- General property maintenance tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable raising and lowering a 32' extension ladder
- Able to work at heights on 2–3 storey buildings
- Able to lift 50 lbs or more
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation
- Personal cellphone with data coverage for time-tracking software
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Bonus Skills (Assets)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience operating a man lift
- Previous labour or maintenance experience

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
