Our restaurant is looking for professional Chefs with a passion for food and beverage to join our team in a Modern European Fine Dining Kitchen cooking to Michelin standards.
We are looking for someone who is well-spoken, knowledgeable about food and has a high attention to detail. All applicants must have experience within high end restaurants, preferably international or fine dining.
This will be a challenging position you must be energetic & willing to learn. Experience in fast passed environments, from scratch cooking, cook to order, preparing fresh ingredients, running a section, working neat and clean is a must!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and assist the Senior Chefs and kitchen staff in all aspects of food production
- Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
- Run a section, write mis en plus sheets, compile ingredient orders list for your section/station.
- Maintain high hygiene personal & kitchen hygiene standards.
- Maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment.
- Oversees and organise kitchen stock and ingredients.
- Ensures a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organised for quality assurance.
- Keep stations stocked, clean & organised.
Qualifications and education requirements
- 2+ years' of culinary or kitchen experience in a fine-dining establishment
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
