Independent Contractor Opportunity: Stretch Practitioner
StretchWell is seeking skilled and passionate Stretch Practitioners to provide assisted stretching services to clients on an independent contractor basis. This opportunity is ideal for wellness professionals who enjoy building client relationships, delivering exceptional care, and operating with a high degree of autonomy while benefiting from the support of an established wellness brand.
As an Independent Stretch Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and customized assisted stretch sessions that help clients improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance mobility. You will work with a diverse clientele and use your expertise to create individualized stretching programs tailored to each client's goals and needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to individual client goals and wellness needs.
- Assess client flexibility, posture, movement patterns, and mobility to develop customized stretching programs.
- Educate clients on the benefits of stretch therapy and provide recommendations for at-home maintenance and mobility practices.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and safe treatment environment in accordance with studio standards.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through exceptional service and consistent results.
- Stay informed on current industry developments, stretching methodologies, and wellness best practices.
- Manage your professional certifications, liability insurance, and any applicable licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Certification in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) or another recognized stretch therapy certification is required.
- Minimum one year of hands-on experience in stretch therapy, physical therapy, kinesiology, athletic therapy, personal training, massage therapy, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and movement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client care skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining the high standards and client experience associated with the StretchWell brand.

Independent Contractor Status
This position is offered on an independent contractor basis. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, certifications, and other obligations associated with self-employment. Nothing in this posting is intended to create an employer-employee relationship.

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
