We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Membership & Engagement Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting member engagement, membership growth and retention, and the successful delivery of association events. Applicants must be located in Saskatoon or willing to relocate to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead membership recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts to grow and strengthen SRHBA membership
- Identify, screen, and evaluate prospective members to ensure alignment with SRHBA values
- Manage the full member lifecycle, including onboarding, probationary follow-ups, engagement support, renewals, and exit processes
- Support member compliance with SRHBA’s Code of Ethics through communication, education, monitoring, and follow-up
- Coordinate networking events and meaningful member meetings, including Builder, Renovator, and Developer meetings
- Support major events and projects such as HomeStyles, Parade of Homes, Housing Excellence Awards, and the Builders Classic Golf Tournament, working closely with the Major Projects & Events Manager
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Manager to promote and highlight members
- Maintain accurate membership data and reporting within SRHBA’s CRM
- Prepare membership status reports for the Board and national office
- Support advocacy initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and policy development through coordination, member input, and follow-up
- Act as the first point of contact for public complaints received under SRHBA’s process and ensure proper tracking and follow-up
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in membership, events, stakeholder relations, association management, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in member recruitment, engagement, and retention
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and member databases
- Professional, proactive, and service-oriented approach
- Familiarity with residential construction or the association sector is an asset

Pay: $48,258.91-$66,256.18 per year
