Position Overview
We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. This role involves meeting homeowners, conducting in-home consultations, providing roofing estimates, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident in communication, and comfortable working in a competitive, commission-based structure.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home roofing consultations and deliver detailed quotes
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and maintain professionalism
- Negotiate and close sales contracts
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and self-marketing
- Follow up with potential clients to convert opportunities into sales
- Collaborate with the team to maximize overall performance
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with different personalities
- Positive, goal-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous sales experience preferred (roofing or construction experience is an asset)
Compensation
- Commission Only (No Base Salary)
- Earn 8% – 15% commission per completed job
