Resident Services / Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)
Location: Kingston (KIN)
Schedule: Part-Time | Evening/Weekend Shifts
138 Student Living is seeking a customer-focused Resident Services / Front Desk Associate to support daily residence hall operations and ensure residents and guests have a safe, smooth, and welcoming experience.
Greet residents and visitors, answer questions, and provide general support in a professional manner
Manage access control procedures (keys/cards, visitor logs, check-ins/outs)
Respond to routine concerns and requests, and escalate issues when necessary
Document incidents accurately and follow established reporting procedures
Support move-in/move-out activities and short-term stay processes
Monitor lobby/common areas to maintain safety, cleanliness, and order
Coordinate and submit maintenance requests through the work-order system
Communicate clearly with residents, operations staff, and maintenance teams
Strong customer service and communication skills
Calm, professional, and dependable-especially in fast-paced or high-traffic periods
Comfortable working evening shifts and weekends
Basic computer skills (email, Excel/Google Sheets; booking/ticketing systems are an asset)
Prior experience in front desk, hospitality, administration, security desk, or student services is an asset
