As we continue to grow and modernize our operations, we are looking for the right individual to join our team as a Service Advisor / Customer Experience Manager.

While previous automotive experience is considered an asset, it is not mandatory for the right candidate. We are willing to train someone who has strong customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone
- Listen to customer vehicle concerns and accurately document information for technicians
- Build trust with customers through honest and transparent communication
- Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
- Provide service recommendations, estimates, and timelines clearly and professionally
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair and maintenance process
- Schedule appointments and assist with managing shop workflow
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations
- Assist with ordering parts and coordinating with suppliers when needed
- Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate customer records
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service visits
- Help contribute to a positive, organized, and team-oriented workplace environment

- Computer literacy and ability to learn shop management software

- Valid Ontario driver’s license required
