We are currently hiring experienced Pool and Hot Tub Technicians to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, have a strong eye for detail, and take pride in providing excellent service, this could be a great fit for you.

We are currently hiring for:
Full-Time: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain swimming pools and hot tubs at residential properties
- Test and balance water chemistry to maintain safe and ideal water quality
- Inspect equipment, ensure it is operating properly, and report any concerns
- Complete an average of approximately nine pool or hot tub services per day
- Accurately complete service notes, photos, and updates through our company app
- Communicate professionally with clients and the office team
Contract and Compensation
- Approximate five-month seasonal contract, with the possibility of extension
- Training pay starts at $22.50 per hour, depending on previous experience
- Regular hourly pay ranges from $28.00 to $34.00 per hour after training
- Compensation within this range will be based on previous pool and hot tub experience, technical knowledge, and ability to work independently
- Candidates with more relevant experience may qualify for a higher starting rate
- 4% vacation pay added to each paycheque
- Statutory holiday pay in addition to regular wages
- Smartphone data allowance provided each pay period; employees must use their own smartphone
- Performance bonus opportunity at the end of the summer season
Requirements
- Minimum one year of pool and/or hot tub maintenance experience preferred
- Strong understanding of water chemistry, equipment operation, and routine maintenance is an asset
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including sun, rain, snow, and freezing temperatures
- Valid BC driver’s licence with a relatively clean driving record
- Able to lift at least 10 kg and walk long distances throughout the day
- Comfortable using a company app on a personal smartphone
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
